UAE’s flydubai has signed new interline agreements with seven international airlines, expanding access to more than 120 destinations across Europe, China, and Southeast Asia. The partnerships raise flydubai’s total to 40 interline agreements, offering seamless travel to over 300 destinations across the combined networks.
Dubai: UAE-based carrier flydubai has announced a major expansion of its global connectivity after signing seven new interline agreements with international airlines, giving passengers access to over 120 additional destinations in Europe, China, and Southeast Asia.
The agreements were signed with Greece’s Aegean Airlines, Italy’s ITA Airways, Myanmar Airways International, and four major Chinese airlines — Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, and Sichuan Airlines.
With these partnerships, flydubai now has a total of 40 interline partners, collectively offering access to more than 300 destinations across the combined route networks.

Through the new interline agreements, passengers can enjoy a seamless travel experience, including single-ticket itineraries and through-checked baggage. This simplifies connections between flydubai and its partner airlines, enhancing convenience for both leisure and business travellers.
The agreements open up more than 30 destinations across Europe through Aegean Airlines and ITA Airways. Passengers flying with flydubai can now connect to popular cities such as Amsterdam, Athens, Brussels, Frankfurt, Madrid, Munich, Thessaloniki, Turin, and Venice.
Meanwhile, the partnerships with the Chinese carriers and Myanmar Airways International provide access to more than 90 destinations across the Far East and Southeast Asia, including major cities like Beijing, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Ho Chi Minh City, Shanghai, and Yangon.
Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer of flydubai, expressed his enthusiasm about the airline’s expanding global reach.
“Since 2009, we have remained committed to enhancing connectivity and facilitating the free flow of trade and tourism, which is why we are pleased to have added seven new interline partners,” he said.
“These agreements will provide our passengers even more flexibility and choice when planning their travel, offering access to our partners’ route networks across key markets in Asia and Europe,” Al Ghaith added. “At the same time, more passengers will be able to access Dubai as a leading destination for tourism and business, reaffirming its position as an international aviation hub.”
