Dubai, UAE: Passengers flying with flydubai are set to enjoy a new travel experience as the airline announced it will provide complimentary meals and in-flight entertainment for all Economy Class customers starting November 1, 2025.
The budget carrier, known for offering affordable air travel across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe, said the move comes as part of its efforts to enhance passenger comfort and make flights more enjoyable, even at lower fares.

Until now, Economy Class passengers often had to purchase meals or entertainment separately on many low-cost airlines. With this new policy, flydubai becomes one of the few regional carriers in its segment to include both services at no extra cost.
Travelers can now look forward to freshly prepared meals, snacks, and beverages, along with a wide selection of movies, TV shows, music, and games available on individual screens.
In a statement, flydubai highlighted that the upgrade aims to meet the growing expectations of travelers who prefer value for money without compromising on comfort. “We want every passenger, regardless of their ticket type, to enjoy a pleasant journey,” the airline said.
The announcement comes as flydubai continues to expand its routes, connecting Dubai to more than 120 destinations worldwide. The improved in-flight services are expected to boost customer satisfaction and attract more leisure as well as business travelers.
From November onwards, all Economy Class tickets will automatically include the meal and entertainment package, with no hidden costs. Business Class passengers, meanwhile, will continue to enjoy premium dining and entertainment options.
