Dubai’s Creators HQ Emerges as a Global Epicenter for Digital Talent

Dubai’s Creators HQ, launched just six months ago, has quickly become a global hub for digital talent. Backed by AED 150M, it already hosts 2,415 creators from 147 countries and 78 companies. With modern facilities, visas, and workshops, the initiative aims to attract 10,000 creators worldwide.

Dubai has taken another bold step in shaping itself as a global hub for innovation and creativity with the establishment of Creators HQ, a dedicated platform designed to support and empower digital content creators worldwide. Launched just six months ago during the 1 Billion Followers Summit in January 2025, the initiative has already made a significant mark on the global creative industry.

A Rapidly Growing Community of Creators

In less than half a year, 2,415 active creators from 147 countries have become part of Creators HQ. Collectively, these creators boast an impressive 2.45 billion followers across various platforms. Alongside individuals, 78 content-focused companies from 24 different nations—including the UK, US, India, Pakistan, France, and Germany—have joined the ecosystem. This diverse membership reflects the global pull of Dubai as a destination where creativity meets opportunity.

Government Support and Investment

Creators HQ is backed by the UAE government’s AED 150 million Content Creators Support Fund (equivalent to USD 40.8 million). This fund aims to build a sustainable ecosystem for digital creators by providing infrastructure, financial assistance, and long-term support. The initiative aligns with Dubai’s broader vision of becoming the world’s leading hub for the content economy, further strengthening its position as a modern cultural and business capital.

Member Benefits and Facilities

What makes Creators HQ unique is the comprehensive support system it offers to creators and companies. Benefits include:

  • Golden Visa facilitation for long-term residency.
  • Relocation assistance, including housing and business setup.
  • Modern workspaces equipped with the latest tools for production.
  • Workshops and networking events to enhance skills in areas such as branding, storytelling, and monetization.
  • Annual events calendar with more than 300 workshops and masterclasses featuring global industry experts.

This blend of facilities and services positions Creators HQ as more than just a co-working space—it is a full-fledged ecosystem that nurtures creativity and business growth.

Future Ambitions

The long-term goal of Creators HQ is to attract 10,000 creators in its next phase, making it one of the largest hubs of its kind globally. Its strategic vision is not only to provide opportunities for individual creators but also to boost Dubai’s economy by turning creativity into a scalable and profitable sector.

Why This Matters Globally

The rise of Creators HQ demonstrates how cities can reinvent themselves to adapt to the digital age. By focusing on the creator economy, Dubai is diversifying beyond traditional industries like real estate and tourism, tapping into a new wave of global talent and digital entrepreneurship.

This move is particularly timely, as the content creation industry has become one of the fastest-growing segments of the global economy. With millions of creators worldwide seeking better support and recognition, Dubai’s initiative provides a strong blueprint for how governments can bridge the gap between creativity and economic opportunity.

In short, Creators HQ is more than an initiative—it’s a movement, positioning Dubai at the heart of the global creator economy, attracting top talent, and setting new standards for how creative industries can thrive with the right infrastructure and vision.
